Michael Hainz betreut als Managing Broker Treaty bei Ecclesia Re europäische Captives, Versicherungs- und Rückversicherungskunden bei allen Fragen rund um Non-life Rückversicherung, Geschäftsentwicklung, Run off und Unternehmensorgansiation. Insgesamt über 25 Jahre Erfahrung in der Rückversicherung. Davon 21 Jahre für Swiss Re Europe S.A. als Senior Client Manager in mehreren europäischen Märkten tätig. Zusätzlich widmete er sich dem Schwerpunkt InsurTech Startups bei Swiss Re Europe in München. Nach seinem Diplom in Wirtschaftsgeographie an der TU München studierte er berufsbegleitend an der LMU München und erwarb den Abschluss Executive Master of Insurance (EMI).
