Michael Hainz betreut als Head Business Development bei der Beratungsfirma Black Forrest Reinsurance Consulting europäische Captives, Versicherungs- und Rückversicherungskunden bei allen Fragen rund um Non-Life-Legacy. Davor war er 21 Jahre für Swiss Re Europe S.A. als Client Manager in Deutschland, Schweiz, Skandinavien, im Baltikum und Londoner Markt tätig. Zusätzlich widmete er sich dem Schwerpunkt InsurTech Startups bei Swiss Re Europe in München. Nach seinem Diplom in Wirtschaftsgeographie an der TU München studierte er berufsbegleitend an der LMU München und erwarb den Abschluss Executive Master of Insurance (EMI).
